The Eye Surgery Center of Paducah is a freestanding surgical facility dedicated to total eye care, from cataracts to oculoplastics. We are committed to safe, high-quality, patient-centered care delivered by a highly engaged team.

We offer the region’s most comprehensive eye surgery services. We perform cutting-edge glaucoma services, including the new iStent (performed along with cataract surgery), trabectome, trabeculectomy and SLT. Our heavy focus on innovation, including dropless cataract surgery, saves our patients money and eliminates the hassle of post-operative drops. We continually invest in new equipment, with some recent additions being a LenSx Laser and the WaveLight system, the newest technology in LASIK.
